Intellectual Property (IP) Notice

1. Group Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

All websites, applications, software code, tools, assets, design layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks (registered or unregistered), and documentation operated under the itsmyapp umbrella and associated group applications (collectively, "the Services") are the exclusive intellectual property of itsmyapp (or its licensors).

All material across the group is protected by applicable UK and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

2. Grant of Limited License

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the individual applications within our group strictly in accordance with their intended functions and our Terms of Service.

Under this license, you must not:

  • Copy, duplicate, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any tool or app in the group.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any application, script, or client-side utility.
  • Use group branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written authorization.
  • Use automated tools (such as scrapers, spiders, or bots) to harvest data or intellectual assets from any group site.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this license are reserved by itsmyapp.

3. User Data & Ownership

You retain full ownership of any original data, files, text, or assets you upload, process, or generate using any app within the group.

  • Where client-side or zero-server processing is utilized, your data remains local to your device and is not retained, stored, or claimed by us.
  • To the extent necessary to render, process, or deliver a service to you, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license solely to process your content for that specific operational purpose.

4. IP Infringement & Contact

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any material or content across any site or tool in our group infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately.

When contacting us, please provide details of the copyrighted work, the specific location/URL of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details.
